- Our website accepts accessory orders from: USA, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Australia, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Caicos Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- ** If you live in a country that is not on this list please contact us and we will determine if we can ship accessory orders to your country **
- WE DO NOT SHIP KAYAKS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US. WE WILL SHIP THEM TO ANY CONTINENTAL US LOCATION THEN YOU WOULD HAVE TO ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO YOUR COUNTRY.
- You are responsible for all duties and taxes from your country. Make sure you know what these are before you place an order. If you refuse an order after we have shipped it you will be charged all shipping and credit card fees incurred by KFS.
- Your invoice will reflect the actual cost of all items – we will not misrepresent prices to avoid taxes or duties!
- We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) We can use another service at your request, but you will be responsible for the increased rates typically associated with FedEx, UPS, and DHL
- We offer Global Priority (Air Mail) or International Express. GP takes approx 6-10days and IE takes approx 3-5 days. However it is possible that your country's customs office may delay delivery depending on the import restrictions of your country. Note: Real time tracking info is not available, but you will be able to retrieve the ship and delivery notifications from the USPS website.
- If you have a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account you are welcome to arrange a pickup at our location. Please contact us if you would prefer this option so you do not inadvertently get charged for shipping.
- To determine shipping costs place items you wish to purchase in the KFS shopping cart. Next click on the "Shipping Rates" link. Fill out appropriate information and click "Check Rates".

| Shipping Method

- • Shipping rates generated from the online store can sometimes be inaccurate. We will notify you if there are higher costs for your package and will not ship until you approve the extra costs.
- We do not ship kayaks outside of the continental U.S.
- International orders usually ship within 5 days of receipt.
- Involving potential lost packages. We reserve the right to not resend an order until after the Postal Service confirms that the package is actually lost. Please note that the postal tracking service may take up to 60 days.

- We do address verification on your credit card so your shipping and billing information must match.
