| Customer Guarantee |
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some
reason you're not, we will be glad to exchange it or give
you a refund. In the case of back orders, KFS reserves the
right to hold orders for up to 5 days to allow
shipping of all items. If you order an item clearly marked as backordered we reserve the right
to not ship until all items are available. If there is a back ordered
item, the customer will be notified via email with an anticipated ship date.
- Orders usually ship within 2 business days
(Holidays and days we are closed excluded - refer to store
hours on Retail Store Page). Express shipping / expedited
shipping needs to be received by 8am eastern time in order
to ship the same day. Orders paid via PayPal checks will be held 4 business days before being sent.

| Return Policy |
- We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee here at Kayak
Fishing Stuff. Items can be returned within 10 days
of receipt for a refund or exchange. This refund does not include shipping fees.
- 11- 30 days after receipt you may return unused products
in their original packaging for a store credit or gift certificate.
- All Kayaks shipped are non returnable except for warranty
repairs or warranty replacements. A Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA) is required to return any item(s)
after 11 days of receipt.
- Refunds are made by company check or credited back to your card at the discretion of KFS. Refund checks will be mailed
within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.To
obtain an RMA: Please email: orders@kayafishingstuff.com
we will email you back a form to help us expedite your return. Please
put the RMA # clearly displayed on the outside of the package
being returned. It is highly recommended that you ship all
returns back to us via FedEx or UPS due to the ability to
track the return. We will not be responsible for returned
merchandise that does not arrive at our distribution center.
- We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on cancelled kayak orders.
